My stay at the Residences At The Fives was mixed. On one hand, I loved the beautiful hotel and its location near the jungle with monkeys and other wildlife. On the other hand, I encountered several issues, especially with the room and service. The amenities were nice, but the food portions were small, and my experience at the spa and some of the restaurants didn't meet my expectations.
I recently stayed at Residences At The Fives and had a mix of experiences. The setting is beautiful with great beach access and lovely jungle surroundings. However, the atmosphere has changed significantly with loud parties and limited restaurant options for non-inclusive guests. Unfortunately, some amenities like the shower needed attention, leaving me a bit disappointed overall. 🌴🍹

However, my experience with the one-bedroom penthouse suite was disappointing, especially due to issues like a non-working Jacuzzi and lack of proper furnishings on the rooftop.
I recently returned from my sixth visit to Residences At The Fives, and while I loved the beautiful beach and great dining, I did have some mixed experiences. Our butler, Sebastian, was fantastic and made our stay enjoyable, and we loved the atmosphere created by the renovated Mexican restaurant. However, I did find some dining options limited, especially for picky eaters, and the Sky Bar felt under-utilized. Overall, it’s a great spot for families, but there are some areas for improvement.
